Production: Natural Dry White wine of small production elaborated from the variety Muscat. 20 to 35 years old vines hand harvested and biodynamic farmed from vineyards Northeast facing on extremely poor chalk and slate soils, located at 400–600 meters above the sea level. Wine skin fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged during 9 months in large French oak barrels (600 liters).
Tasting Notes: A Gastronomic White wine from Priorat, fruity and aromatic, aromas redolent predominately citrus and white fruit, apples and herbal notes. Persistent with a slight bitterish finish. Very different and expressive wine

The wines are organically farmed following ecological principles. Respect for the environment manifest itself throughout the winemaking process, from the grape harvest down to the bottling. The grapes are hand harvested and hand sorted both in the vineyards and in the cellar.
