Alcohol Content: 11.5% vol.

Serving Temperature: 6º - 8ºC.

Young white wine elaborated by Cava Varias, a winery with almost 100 years of history, founded in 1918 by the Miró family from Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the well-known village in the Alt Penedès for being the birthplace of the Designation of Origin Cava.

Production:

Made from a blend of Xarel.lo, Muscat, and Chardonnay.

Each variety has been vinified separately. After destemming, it underwent a light pressing to obtain the mosto flor. Cold fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16-18ºC. Fermentation is stopped in cold to preserve a few grams of residual sugar.

Tasting Notes:

Straw yellow colour. Clean, floral and tropical fruit aromas: pineapple, lychee, and grapefruit. On the palate, fresh, silky, very fruity with a light citrus touch.

Note: Enjoy in its youth over the next 1-2 years. It goes well with aperitifs, tapas, paella, and Asian cuisine.
