Production:

Prohom Conceptia is a white organic wine, a blend of Grenache (70%) and Viognier. Manually harvested, each variety was vinified separately and matured for 3 months with its fine lees in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:

Bright yellow colour. Great intensity, aromatic with a lively freshness, aromas of stone fruit with a slight honeysuckle touch, floral and herbaceous hints in the background. Soft-textured, structured, fruit-floral complexity, and a lovely herbaceous vein. Good acidity and freshness, with a long and persistent aftertaste.

THE WINERY

Coma d’en Bonet belongs to the Fuster Amades family, a family with a long winegrowing tradition from the village of Gandesa, within the Terra Alta denomination of origin, in the province of Tarragona, south of Catalonia. Now they are farming and producing their wines organically. They work 28 ha of vines divided in different plots and growing in the characteristic clay-calcareous soil, very poor in organic matter. All their wines are fully certified organic by the Catalan Organic Farming Council (CCPAE).
