Production: Traditional and ecological viticulture, harvested manually. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a brief ageing in stainless steel for 5 months with its lees.

Tasting Notes: A modern dry white wine with a marked aromatic varietal character. On the nose, tropical and exotic citrus notes predominate, gooseberries, mango, tomato leaf and asparagus. Refreshing mouthfeel, light and dry, with a long finish.

Notes:  Best to drink it in its youth.

The Bodega is located in the town of Trujillo. It uses the most advanced equipment in order to achieve the highest standards of quality. Their vineyards are planted on difficult land with slate soil and are not very fertile. One of its important characteristics is that they are also very committed to research work, which covers all fields and processes related to viticulture and oenology, and for this they count with the help of the best advisers and assessors in their respective specialty.
