The white wine from Paco & Lola is a single varietal of Godello made under the DO Valdeorras.

Manual harvest. Fermentation at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Matured for three months on its fine lees.

Tasting Notes:  Fresh and unctuous white wine. Fruity, with great intensity of floral and herbal notes. Structured, fresh, with fruit weight and citrus notes. Nice mouthfeel with a long finish.

Notes: Best enjoyed over the next 2  years.

Paco & Lola was founded in 2006 as a result of the work of a young, dynamic team with the vision of creating  Spain’s most modern winery.  The winery is located in Meano (Pontevedra) in the Salnés Valley, in northwest Spain, the heart of the Rias Baixas region, and home to the country’s most exciting white wines and best albariño wine growing area. All the attention is focused on preserving the maximum tipicity of the varietal and making wines that bring out the true characteristics of the region they originate from and its terroir. They employ sustainable production techniques and minimise waste. As  a result they make a high quality wine that respect the environment.
