Production: A 100% Godello wine made by Jorge Ordoñez Group in the Valley of Valdeorras, province of Ourense. A small estate of 6 hectares of vineyards planted between 1904 and 1910, one of the oldest vineyards planted in Valdeorras, located on the southern bank of the river Sil, on a northeast facing slope of 30%. Soils composed mainly of slate intermixed with small quantities of quartz. Dry farmed. Hand harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak puncheons and demi-muids (500-600 liters barrels). 10 months sur lie in French oak with battonage.

Tasting Notes: Aromas redolent of stone fruit and flowers, peaches and soft pears, fresh fruit and dry herbs notes, racy citrus acidity and crisp minerality.

Note: Aging beautifully.
