A very singular white wine, complex with many nuances, elaborated according to the Kosher tradition by Terra de Vinyaters, the family project of Consol and Albert, two Priorat natives of Marça and Falset, great lovers of the environment where they were born.

Halleluya is a blend of Macabeu from very old vines planted in 1948, with a small percentage of Garnacha from younger vines.

At the moment, it is the only organic and kosher white wine in Spain, having received certification from both CCPAE (the Catalan Council of Organic Production, the public watchdog responsible to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Catalan Government) and Kosher.

The grapes are sourced from the 8 hectares of land that have been in the family for several generations, located in the municipal district of Falset, within the DO Montsant, although it borders the DOQ Priorat. The vineyards are made up of three different types of soils: sandy loam, red licorella, and calcareous.

A perfect blend in which each variety brings a quality to the wine: Grenache adds freshness, Merlot gives softness, and Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah add complexity and maturity.

Production: 

Hand-harvested, fermented with natural yeasts in 1500-liter stainless steel tanks.

Aged for 6 months, 50% in new 300-liter oak barrels, and the rest on its lees.
