A wine elaborated from ecological viticulture CCPAE certified (the Catalan Council of Organic Production, the public watchdog responsible to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Catalan Government).

The family’s vineyards are situated on 8 hectares of land that has been in the family for several generations in the municipality of Falset, inside the DO Montsant, even though they are barely bordering the DOQ Priorat. The vineyards are made up of three different types of soil:
sandy-loam, red Llicorella (red slate), and calcareous.

A perfect blend in which each variety brings a quality to the wine: Grenache adds freshness, Merlot gives softness, and Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah add complexity and maturity.

Production: 

Hand-harvested, fermentation with natural yeasts in 2000-liter stainless steel tanks.

Aging in French oak barrels of 1st and 2^nd use, each variety separately for 8 months, followed by another 6 months after the final blend is done.

Tasting Notes: 

Ripe berry fruit-scented nose; sweet nose with a touch of vanilla and cloves. Deep black fruit flavors, spice, good weight structure, balance and a lingering aftertaste.

Notes: This wine will drink well for 5–6 years.
