Production: A blend from a vineyard selection where the Garnacha, the autochthonous variety, plays the main role, combined with the Syrah and small proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon, old vine garnachas of around 70 years in age and younger vines of around 15 years for the Syrah and Cabernet Sauvigon, sourced from the la Dehesa, own vineyards located in the village of Méntrida, growing on granitic sandy soils at an altitude of 600 meters. Organic agriculture, sustainable viticulture and manual harvested practised. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts 35% of the fruit fermented whole cluster. The wine ages in French oak Foudres and barrels for 7 to 8 months. Bottled without filtering or stabilization

Tasting Notes: Clean and fresh, lovely and round fruit, with rich scents of red fruits and violets, spicy notes, aromatic herbs, balsamic. Flavorful, good acidity which gives it freshness, persistent finish with good fruit definition and floral notes.
