Serving Temperature: 16º-18º.

Production: Aged for 16 months in new, second and third year French Allier Oak .

Food Suggestion: Especially red grilled meats, rich meats like lamb and duck, and game.

Tasting Notes: Concentrated aromas of ripe fruit, bitter cherries, plums and cassis, with soft spicy and mineral notes. Fresh and lively with a beautiful complexity, silky texture and good body. Well-integrated oak with fine tannins and a long elegant finish.

Artigas is mainly made up of Grenache, Carignan and Cabernet, from Cabernet Sauvignon vines between 10-35 years old and 90 years old Carignan vines.  As a result, we get a surprisingly well-balanced wine in terms of potency and freshness which makes it a good introduction to a good Priorat wine. 

Notes:  It is recommended to decant the wine. Can be drunk now nicely and over the next decade.
