Cosmic Vinyaters is the project of Salvador Batlle. A project based on the quality, personality, and uniqueness of its wines. Motivated by his philosophy, he employs the viticulture practices of organic farming using biodynamic principles and minimun intervention that are respectful of the environment. Cosmic Vinyaters produces its wines both in the Baix Penedès and in the Alt Empordà regions.

Cosmic Vinyaters is the project of Salvador Batlle, the alma mater behind this project, and part of a new generation of winemakers who are passionate, enthusiastic, and talented young people with the aim of producing small-crafted quantities of excellent wines with their own unique identity, while totally respecting the values of the fruit. Motivated by his philosophy, Salvador employs the viticulture practices of organic farming using biodynamic principles and minimun intervention that are respectful of the environment.

Cosmic Vinyaters produces its wine in two very distinct landscapes of the Catalan geography, in the Alt Empordà, where it worships the native varieties, and in the Baix Penedès, where it works and cultivates native varieties together with foreign varieties well suited to the terroir.
