Vinification:

Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc ecological grapes sourced from the highest altitude growing vineyards in the Baix Penedés region in the province of Tarragona.

The wine is organically farmed following biodynamic principles, and it has been ecologically certified.

Fermentation takes place partly in amphora, partly in French oak barrels, and partly in stainless steel tanks. The wine in the amphora and in the barrels was left on its lees for 3 months with regular batonnage. 

Tasting Notes:

Clean grassy nose with aromas of tropical fruit, floral notes, and a hint of minerality. Very harmonious, smooth-textured, and with a good depth of flavour with a light spiciness on the palate, finishing fresh and crisp.

Cosmic Vinyaters is the project of a new generation of winemakers, passionate, enthusiastic, and talented young people with the aim to produce small-crafted volumes of well-made wines with their own unique identity, totally respecting the values of the fruit and showing great respect for nature and for the expression of terroir. They practice sustainable viticulture following the biodynamic principles.
