Clos Pachem has established itself as a leading reference winery in the Priorat wine scene for its firm commitment to quality. They are producers of premium wine that honour the terroir from which it originates. The wines are characterised by their freshness, minerality and great expressiveness. Focusing on sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture, adopting regenerative, organic and biodynamic farming practices. Their philosophy centres on producing wines with minimal intervention that will reflect the uniqueness of the region.

All Clos Pachem wines are Garnacha- and Carignan-based, the most emblematic varieties of the Priorat region. The winery counts on its best asset, the "Los Planassos" estate, planted with old vines in limestone and llicorella soils, where the grapes to elaborate the premium wines come from.
