Production:
The small production consists of pure Garnatxa sourced from a single vineyard of 50 year-old vines from the mountains overlooking the village of Scala Dei. Here, on chalk-rich clay soils at an elevation of 800 metres above sea level, the Grenache thrives.
Biodynamic farming, hand-harvested, followed by a rigorous selection of the fruit. Full clusters fermented in vat with natural yeasts, no pigeage or pumping overpressed after 2 weeks. The wine ages for 24 months in a single 1200-litre oak foudre from Austria.
Tasting notes:
Super berry and mineral-scented nose, blackcurrant with spices, a floral touch, and earthy minerality. Elegance and finesse at its best. Perfect balance of acidity, dryness, deep-rounded flavours and smooth tannins.
Notes: It will develop beautifully in bottle for many years to come.

Desde sus comienzos en 2004, Terroir Al Límit con gran imaginación y esfuerzo, se situa entre las grandes y respetadas no solo de la región, sino también a nivel internacional. En sus 10 hectáreas se producen 6 vinos diferentes, cada uno reflejando las características particulares del suelo, la altura y orientación del viñedo donde proviene.
