Production:

Olim is the younger brother of Trosset from Finca de Molí, also a small production elaborated by the Duran brothers, Diego and Eduardo.

Cultivated completely naturally, organically farmed, using biodynamic techniques and growing on the characteristic “llicorella” or slate soils.

The wine has spent 12 months in third-year oak barrels. 2500 bottles.

Tasting notes:

Fresher, mineral and spicy. On the palate, it's softer and fruitier, a smooth and flavoursome wine with good concentration and lively spiced red fruit.
