Production: Elaborated by Celler Ardèvol in the village of Porrera, in the heart of the Priorat wine region. The grapes are sourced from from steep slopes around the village of Porrera. Aged for 16 months in 225 liter fine grained French Allier, new and used.
Tasting Notes: Deep, intense, sweet dark fruits, mineral and spice. Ripe, warm, spice, violets, sweet cherry notes. The tannins are soft and silky but firm, the oak is well integrated. Finishing clean and long.
Coma d'en Romeu can be drank during the next 6 - 7 years.
