Serving Temperature: 16º - 18º

Pardelasses comes from two different fincas owned by the family Aixalà in Torroja del Priorat, DOQ Priorat. These fincas are situated between 339 and 387 metres above sea level and are planted with Grenache and old vines of Carignan. The soil is the characteristic slate known as Licorella.

The cultivation of the vineyards is done under sustainable viticulture and observing biodynamic principles. They employ no pesticides, fungicides, or herbicides. Aged for 13 months in new and half new French and American oak, followed by 6 months resting in bottle.

Tasting Notes:

Rich, intense black cherries, cassis, dark plum, and red berry fruit aromas. Fresh and mineral palate with good weight, balance, and a touch of well-integrated oak.

Note: It is recommended to decant the wine before serving. Enjoy it over the next 6-7 years.
