Elaborated from the local varieties Garnacha Tinrorera and Monastrell, sourced from vineyards planted on calcareous soils between 700 and 1000 metres above sea level.

Fermentation of each variety was vinified separately in stainless steel, followed by 4 months ageing in French oak barrels. Vegan suitable

Tasting Notes:

Elegant, fresh, and complex nose, combining ripe fruit aromas with some floral notes. Excellent fruit on the palate, with rich flavours, structure, and a fresh, lively style, displaying sweet, soft tannins and finishing with a pleasantly outstanding length.

Notes: Drink over 2–3 years.

Bodegas Atalaya is one of the seven companies that make up The Gil Family Estates Group, a project that unifies a series of selected and interesting wineries from different D.O.s throughout Spain, each with its own personality.

The winery was established in 2007 and is located in the province of Albacete, 3 km north of the town of Almansa. The vineyards are planted predominantly with the autochthonous varieties of the zone, Monastrell and Garnacha Tintorera.
