Production: 

Las Retamas is a friendly, approachable wine with 11 months of ageing in French oak barrels, made from a blend of selected grapes grown in their own vineyards and also sourced from other vineyards within the community of Madrid that have been carefully selected.

Tasting notes:

Fresh and sweet red fruits on the nose with scents of spices. Round and friendly entry on the palate, creamy, with a good frutal weight, hints of wood, and mature and rounded tannins.

Notes: To be enjoyed over the next 4-5 years. 

El Regajal is the name of an exceptional and unique estate in the municipal district of Aranjuez, south of Madrid, surrounded by hills and mountains. There, one can find hand in hand the activities of entomological research and a high-quality vitivinicola project comprising a 16-hectare vineyard and a small and modern winery where the wine is farmed following biodynamic principles, with a great respect for the environment and following the natural circles of the earth.
