La Guinardera is a Vi de Paratge Guinarderes. A small production of 1650 bottles made from pure Grenache grapes sourced from La Guinardera, a small plot of just 2 hectares located at about 250 meters above sea level and enjoying the ideal exposure to the sun.

Production:

The wine has aged for 12 months in 2nd- and 3rd-year 500-liter French oak barrels, followed by another 3 years resting in the bottle before its release.

Since the vintage 2011, it has been commercialized as "Gratallops Vi de Vila". The new legislation introduced in 2009 by the DOQ Priorat recognizes and protects each region's different characteristics, such as vinicultural, climatic, soil, etc., with the purpose of highlighting their characteristics.

Tasting notes: Pure Grenache nose, rounded and ripe with an intense aroma of cherries in liqueur and dry herbs, very firm tannins, fresh structure, and great balance of power with lingering spicy fruit.
