Production:

Lola Bel is a young rosé wine, displaying great freshness and aromaticity.

Made from 100% Garnacha Peluda (Hairy Grenache), a very emblematic variety of the Terra Alta region. Manually selected from the estate's vineyards closest to the winery, from the younger vines but resulting from a successful grafting of older vines belonging to a farmer in Horta de Sant Joan.

The grapes go through another selection process at the winery. Macerated cold for 10 hours and fermented at a controlled temperature of 14º-16º, slowing down the fermentation process in order to achieve maximum aromatic expression.

Tasting Notes: Pale, pink colour, very aromatic and fresh; scents of fresh strawberries, red fruits and ripe citrus notes. On the palate, it delivers freshness, red berry fruit flavours, good acidity, sweetness

Les Vinyes del Convent is a small family winery run by the family of Elías Gil, the fourth generation of a long-standing family of wine producers from the local village of Horta de Sant Joan in the denomination of origin Terra Alta. Here is where the family has its roots and where their most personal project takes place as homage to their ancestor and their passion related to the world of wine.

All their wines are produced from their own vines; some are part of a legacy, and others are chosen for their quality and purity. The vines are spread over five different estates in the Horta de Sant Joan district, growing in unique landscapes with a strong footprint of the territory and with the Garnacha as the main protagonist.
