Prohom Conceptia Rosé is an organic wine, a blend of mainly Black Grenache (85%) and, in smaller proportions, Morenillo (15%), sourced from the finca “Les Comes d'en Bonet”.

Production: 

Manually harvested, each variety was vinified as a white wine, destemmed, decanted and fermented at 15ºC during 20 days.

Tasting Notes: 

Deep salmon colour. Good aromatic intensity, scents of fresh red fruits. On the palate, there is volume and fruity weight, meaty with a slight sweetness, great freshness, and the right amount of acidity, all in balance.

THE WINERY

Coma d’en Bonet belongs to the Fuster Amades family, a family with a long winegrowing tradition from the village of Gandesa, within the Terra Alta denomination of origin, in the province of Tarragona, south of Catalonia. Now they are farming and producing their wines organically. They work 28 ha of vines divided into different plots and growing in the characteristic clay-calcareous soil, which is very poor in organic matter. All their wines are fully certified organic by the Catalan Organic Farming Council (CCPAE).
