Production:  This Solera Gran Reserva Barrel Selected is made after a meticulous selection of wines sourced from the Airen Variety, a very popular grape variety in the region of La Mancha, from which the founders made their first distillation through a direct heat process, obtaining hollandes of an excellent quality and of a great aging potential. Bodegas Peinado is located  since 1820 in the town of Tomelloso – La Mancha – a well known brand within the Brandy market in Spain, its main characteristic is the spraying of the Soleras with aged brandies instead of using Hollandes. This practice  has turned into the trade mark and it has become completely essential to obtain the unique aromas and body which characterizes the singular personality to their brandy. This Gran solera presents a Mahogany colour, a fine and subtle nose, displaying aromas of prunes, honey, toasted nuts and licorice. Excellent balance and harmony, round and smooth textured.
