The Macallan 1824 Series Single Malt is exclusively matured in the perfect balance of hand-picked, sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks in Jerez de la Frontera. Once filled, the maturing spirit remains undisturbed in the same cask for a full 12 years.

This amber spirit presents the delicate and indulgent flavours of American oak, including vanilla, citrus, and butterscotch, combined with the more traditional Macallan characteristics of rich fruits, sherry, and ginger.
