This exceptional Brandy de Jerez, a Solera Gran Reserva aged up to 10 years, is made from 100% Airen grapes, a selection of the best Aíren grapes, and the finest distilled holandas. It is aged using the traditional "solera and criaderas" system in American oak casks that have previously contained Pedro Ximénez sherry. 

Tasting Notes: 

An exceptional brandy with a beautiful dark amber colour. Full-bodied and rich, complex, displaying aromas of raisin, fig, and hazelnut. Velvety texture with marked notes from its ageing in Pedro Ximénez-seasoned casks.
