A blend of Verdejo with just a touch of Viura (5%), vines indigenous to the region are sourced in different areas from the D.O. Rueda and grown on loose soil, gravel, and limestone. The vines are trained in bush and cordon.
Machine and manual picking. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats using native and selected yeast.
Tasting Notes:
Clean nose, with lively aromas of green apple and pears as well as hints of fresh herbs. With just the right level of crisp acidity, it is balanced and very harmonious, with a lovely herbaceous touch towards the end. Good varietal character and depth.
