Ás de Mirabrás is a dry white wine made from old vines growing in albariza soil sourced from the estates Miraflores, Macharnudo, Campix, Añina, and Santa Lucia in Jerez de la Frontera, small historic plots in the area from which the best wines of Cádiz are coming, which are planted mainly with Palomino Fino, the flagship variety of the region. Palomino Fino exhibits a unique personality when grown on albariza soils, a porous and brittle type of soil.

The wine is the result of two years of selection of old vines, vinified traditionally without having any contact with wood. The plots are selected based on the quality of their grapes.

It has fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with native yeasts. It rests at a low temperature to clarify naturally.

Tasting Notes:

Pale yellow colour, clean and bright. Fresh with intense and complex aromas.

Ideal with cheeses, rice dishes, and all types of seafood.
