Production: 

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes that were harvested slightly overripe. Fermented and aged on its lees in new French, American, German, Slovakian, Hungarian, and Russian oak barrels. It spent 3 months in oak with its lees.

Tasting Notes:

Intense fruity aromas of apples and pineapples, with a touch of spice and citric notes. Smooth texture, layers of flavours, and balanced acidity. Persistent and long-lasting smooth finish.

Note: Best enjoyed over the next 1–2 years. Excellent with grilled and smoked fish, white meats, or dishes with smooth creams.

DE MULLER

Founded in 1851, De Muller is a top name in Tarragona, very well-known worldwide for being the supplier of the traditional Mass wine and for its rancio and fortified wines. At present, De Muller offers a very wide range of quality wines under the Denomination of Origin Tarragona, as well as in Priorat and Terra Alta. Since the beginning of 1996, the winery, surrounded by its vineyards, has been located in the finca “Mas de Valls” in Reus (Tarragona). Their modern installations have a capacity for a production of four million litres, and here they elaborate on the Tarragona Denomination of Origin wines, all sourced from their 150 ha of their own vineyards. They also have a property in the village of El Molar, in the southeastern part of el Priorat, with 34 ha of vineyards, “Mas de les Pusses", and a new cellar with a capacity for 500,000 litres, where they produce their wines under the Priorat Denomination of Origin.
