Limited production of a single variety of oils from autochthonous olives Arbequine, Rojal and Negret sourced from thousand-year-old trees, first cold-pressed and organically farmed in the municipal district of Cabacés, situated at the feet of the Montsant Natural Park in the Priorat Region.

Tasting Notes:

ARBEQUÍ: Fruity and green with artichoke aromas. Balanced pungency and bitterness. Ideal for salads.

ROJAL: Slightly sweet, pungent and bitter hints, and ripe fruits of banana and green almond. Ideal for fish dishes.

NEGRET: Soft-textured and elegant, highlighted by its pungency, tomato, and pepper. Ideal for meat dishes.
