Protected under the Siurana Designation of Origin, this premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced solely from Arbequina olives harvested by the local cooperative members. It is extracted exclusively by mechanical and cold-pressing methods within 18 hours of harvesting, resulting in a prestigious oil with a pronounced fruitiness.

It is produced in Cabacés, a small village in Tarragona's Priorat region, by an agricultural cooperative founded in 1933 when local farmers joined forces. The project brings families closer to their local environment while prioritising community well-being and product excellence. A commitment to the land based on respect and dedication, keeping alive a tradition proudly passed down from generation to generation.

Their exceptional quality is the result of meticulous care and attention all the way from the oil to the mill. Recognised among the finest extra virgin oils worldwide, it was awarded the Platinum Medal at the 2026 London International Olive Competition, the highest honour bestowed by this prestigious event.

Tasting notes:

Grass-green in colour, very fresh and aromatic, with a fruity profile displaying notes of fennel, almond, and artichoke, alongside touches of tomato and apple. Smooth on the palate, presenting a fine balance between sweetness, pungency and spiciness, with very low astringency.
