This Liquor of brandy has been distilled from pure wine at low graduation, sourced from the actual Solera, composed of 52 casks dating back to 1948. Each cask still bears the traditional identification marks that certify its age: D.P.X.O.

Since 1948, this exclusive “solera” has been used solely for the family's private consumption, but since 2008 and after careful consideration, the chairman of the Board of Directors and owner of the 52 casks authorised the drawing of an annual “saca” of 3000 bottles, personally signing each as a guarantee of their authenticity. All the production is limited and numbered.

Tasting Notes: Dark amber colour, clean and bright, showing good density. Good intensity on the nose, revealing raisin-like notes as well as fine oak wood and ebony nuances. Silky in texture, round, pleasing, and finely balanced, with a light sweetness obtained from the barrels in which it has aged. A deliciously long finish with an intense and unforgettable aftertaste.

Ximénez-Spínola is a small, independent family winery specialising in elaborating products exclusively from Pedro Ximénez. They put all their effort into the quality and prestige of its production, and as a result, their production is extremely small, with releases very limited and each numbered, which transforms each bottle into a unique piece with a full guarantee of the quality and age of their products.
