Serving Temperature: 16º - 18º

Production: Elaborated 100% from the indigenous variety for excellence in León, Prieto Picudo, sourced from centenary vines growing on poor soils at 850 meters above sea level. Hand harvested bunch by bunch. Grapes selected at the sorting table, fermented with natural yeasts approximately 28 days and aged in new French oak barrels for 10 months.

Tasting Notes: Lovely deep ruby color. Has complexity, body and length, backed berry fruit, subtly spicy with hints of violet and rose. Palate ripe, round with velvety tannins, notes of wild berry fruit, bakery flavors and noticeable spiciness.

Notes: It is recommended to let it breathe for a short time or decanting before serving. A wine that will last for some years.
