Venta las Vacas has been elaborated by Juan Carlos Vizcarra proprietor of Bodegas Vizcarra for the Uvas Felices Project.

Production: 

The grapes have been sourced from 15 years old vines from 2 different vineyards located in the province of Burgos.

Harvested manually.  Aged for 12 months in 1st and 2º year French and American oak barriques.  

Tasting Notes: Beautifully nose of soft fruit, some floral notes and a touch of sweet spice. On the palate shows good frutal expression with soft oak flavours. Smooth and creamy structure. Dry and mature tannins. Round, freshness and length on the finish.

Note: Drinking nicely now or during the next 3 -4 years. It is not necessary to decant.
