Production:
Vinified separately by grape varieties, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks between 13 to 21 days depending on the varieties.
Ageing of 6 months in 225-litre French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Complex, medium bodied wine. Displaying aromas of red ripe red fruits, redcurrants and cherry fruit with integrated spice, flavourful and fluid on the palate, finishing lovely with polished tannins and notes reminiscent of toffee and coffee.
Bodega Dehesa Luna Finca Reserva de Biodiversidad presents a new line of premium wines, made from autochthonous varieties coming from a Biodiveristy Reserve Estate at the very heart of Castilla y La Mancha region, in La Roda, Albacete. Their 64 hectares of vineyards are divided in 4 plots and surrounded by 2800 ha of natural space, rich in fauna and flora, inhabited by imperial eagles and other protected species. A vineyard designed to respect the environment, applying measures that balance all-natural resources of water and renewable energy to become a fully sustainable winery that works in accordance with the nature. The result is a range of great wines organically farmed which have been created in total harmony with the nature, wines that have obtained numerous awards and recognitions from the best critics worldwide. The wines are commercialized outside any Denomination of Origin.
