El Jardin de Lucia is produced by Bodega Zárate for the Uvas Felices Project. It has been elaborated by Eulogio Pomares Zárate from a selection of Albariño grapes sourced from the family winery and its 6.54 ha of owned vineyards, which are divided into 11 small plots and are situated in the heart of the “Val do Salnés” in the D.O. Rias Baixas. 

Production:

Made from a selection of Albariño hand-picked grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature; afterwards, it is left on its lees for 3 months.

Tasting Notes: 

Very appealing nose with fresh pears and apples, white flowers, notes and hints of lemon and lime. On the palate, is packed with fresh fruit flavours, smooth and silky with citrus notes, and nicely crisp acidity.
