Production: The flagship Cava of this family business, a blend of the three traditional Cava grapes, with mainly Xarel.lo accompained by smaller quantities of the Macabeo and the Parellada varieties, produced exclusively from hand-picked grapes from the estate’s own vineyards at the optimum point of ripeness and made only from free-run must. 2nd fermentation in bottle with at least 3 years aging in bottle in the underground cellars. Tasting Notes: Small and persistent bubbles, complex, clean with good intensity and flavoursome, displaying aromas of long ageing, floral notes, fresh apples and toasted almonds. Elegant and balanced.
