The flagship Cava of this family business is a blend of the three traditional Cava grapes, with mainly Xarel.lo accompanied by smaller quantities of the Macabeo and the Parellada varieties.

The grapes are hand-picked from the estate's own vineyards at the optimum point of ripeness and made only from free-run must. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, with at least 3 years of ageing in bottle in the underground cellars.

Residual Sugar: 0.5 g/l and no dosage. 

Tasting Notes:

Small and persistent bubbles, complex, clean, with good intensity and flavoursome, displaying aromas of long ageing, floral notes, fresh apples, and toasted almonds. Elegant and balanced.

Note: Best consumed up to 18 months after the disgorgement date. Because of its complexity, it goes perfectly with all kinds of food.
