Production: 

Sourced from very old vineyards of White Grenache planted at an altitude of approx. 500 meters above sea level on stony grounds with very poor soils. Hand harvested and partially fermented in French oak barrels (30%), the rest in stainless steel vats, followed by 11 months of ageing on its lees.

The wines from the winery are organically farmed and produced, duly certified by the authority CCPAE, the Catalan Council of Organic Production, the public watchdog responsible to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Catalan Government.

Ritme Celler is a personal project of Albert Jané of Jané Ventura in D.O. Penedés and Acústic Celler of D.O. Montsant. It all started in 2003 when he acquired some old native vineyards in the D.O. Montsant. Once more, he maintains his philosophy, respecting the traditional viticulture of the region and the values of the fruit, with no attempt to give pride of place to the wood, great respect to nature, avoiding excessive use of technology, and allowing the vines to express their individual characteristics.
