Production:

Els Pics is made from a blend of grapes sourced from the winery's youngest vines, ranging in age from 8 to 15 years, grown in different terroirs at an altitude of 50 to 350 metres above sea level. Aged 10 months in 50% vats and 50% used French Allier oak.

Tasting Notes: 

Displays a good nose of black fruits, spices, and coffee notes. Silky-textured, round, with succulent plummy flavours on the palate and well-integrated soft tannins. Creamy and very approachable, with loads of ripe fruit and a subtle bitter finish that invites another sip simply to enjoy it.
