El Pispa belongs to the range Vinos del Paseante, a project created for the Codorniu Group in different national designations of origin. A range of wines characterised by their freshness and modern, friendly style in both their image and elaboration. El Pispa is a young, fresh, and friendly red wine with the personality of Montsant wines. It is a blend of black Grenache and Carignan grapes grown on calcareous-clay soil in small terraced vineyards on the slopes of the Montsant mountain range.

Vinification:

Manual harvest. Each variety is vinified separately in small stainless steel tanks and in contact with their skins, followed by a brief ageing in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting notes:

A wine that expresses the vitality and freshness of its terroir. Lively, full of flavour, and a perfect balance of ripe fruit, mineral and toasted wood hints.
