90 Minuts is a youthful and fresh red wine from Trossos del Priorat. It is a blend of the Black Grenache variety, which has a major protagonism, complemented by a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

The grapes come mainly from the youngest vines, those not yet harnessed by the Priorat terroir. The vines grow in soils made up of the characteristic slate, named "Licorella", on steep, rocky terraces under conditions of dryness and high temperature.

Production: 

The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks for around 21 days. Ageing takes place in French and American oak for 12 months.

Tasting Notes: A friendly and cheerful style wine with fresh red fruit, like strawberry and cherry, combined with floral and spicy notes. It is fresh on the palate with soft tannins and perfect acidity. 

Trossos del Priorat is a family-owned winery located in the village of Gratallops within the appellation of Priorat. The project, which has a very modern design, started in 2003 and currently owns 20 hectares of its own vineyards planted on the characteristic slate soil, named "Licorella". The vineyards are divided into small plots, which are known as "Tross", each one at a different altitude and orientation. The wine is made by the well-known oenologist Toni Coca and elaborated from ecological vines, which are registered under the Catalan Council of Ecological Agricultural Production.
