Production: 

Aged for 24–26 months (depending on the barriques) in second-year French Allier oak. The wines are bottled after a light filtration.

Tasting notes: Complex bouquet displaying good aromas of liquorice, dark fruit, mineral, and spicy notes. Big and round palate, dark cherry fruit with hints of sweet oak, creamy texture with toasted and spiced notes, and fine, soft tannins. Elegant, full-flavoured finish.

Notes: It is recommended to let it breathe in the glass for a short time to achieve its maximum potential. It can be enjoyed through 2030.

Clos Dominic is a small family winery that elaborates with all their passion and perfectionism on small quantities of lovely, well-made, handcrafted wines; it's a 100% family-team work effort since they were established in 1998, caring to produce always the best possible wine while remaining faithful to the terroir and their ancestors' customs.

Their quality is their success, together with the authentic personality of the great Priorat wines. They practise sustainable and minimalist viticulture, totally respecting the values of the fruit and the traditional process of making wine. They count on their best assets, which are "La Tena", 7 ha. of vineyards ranging in age from 64 to 100 years, and one of the best parcels in the Priorat, located in the municipal district of Porrera at an altitude of 430 metres.
