A blend of the main red varieties from the estate's own vineyards, the Tempranillo comes from the "Moli Coloma" estate, and the Merlot and the Syrah from the "Sumarroca" estate.

From the 2018 vintage, the wine is organically farmed and duly certified by the authority CCPAE, the Catalan Council of Organic Production, the public watchdog responsible to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Catalan Government.

Vinification:

Vinification of each individual variety separately at a controlled temperature of 16ºC in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:

Fresh and harmonious rosé, with good aromatic complexity, strawberry and raspberry notes, hints of violet flowers, a velvety-soft palate with balancing acidity and structure, and red fruit on the finish.
