Ca La Mar is the brand name under which the new image of their Mustillans is now presented, natural sparkling wines from organic and sustainable agriculture. These Mediterranean-inspired wines are very refreshing thanks to a delicate, perfectly integrated fine bubble.
 
The novelty is only on the outside of the bottle, with the name and the label changing.

Production:

Elaborated from Syrah and Merlot grapes sourced from the highest of D.O. Penedès vineyards. Fermentation with the skins to get the most aromatic qualities at low temperatures, using only the flower must and must resulting from a very soft pressing.

Tasting Notes:

Clean and fresh, with scents of fresh forest fruits and cassis, revealing a pleasant variety of candy notes. A vigorous entry on the palate displays well-integrated fruit, freshness, and a Mediterranean character. Intense aftertaste with a pleasant sharpness at the finish.

Note: To be enjoyed in its youth. Perfect as an aperitif with fresh salads, it is also an ideal accompaniment to shellfish and all types of fish dishes, rice, and all sorts of pastas.
