An Organic sparkling wine made according to the regulations of the governing body of organic viticulture. Produced strictly "en blanc" from two international grape varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Production:

Harvested and selected manually. Fermented in stainless steel vats with a minimum ageing of 46 months. Residual sugar: 0 g/L.

This Laietà is fully certified organic, CCPAE, for the European market.

Tasting Notes: Clean, dry, slightly fruity, and fresh, with fine and persistent bubbles. Refreshing berry fruit aromas with a floral touch, mouth-filling, well- structured with a long and tasty finishing.

Note: Best consumed up to 18 months after the disgorgement date. 

THE WINERY

Josep Maria Pujol-Busquets and his wife Cristina Guillen founded Alta Alella, a modern cellar that has been farming organically from the beginning, back in the early 1990s. Their property is fully certified organic and is situated close to the town of Alella, 2 km from the Mediterranean Sea. It currently controls 50 ha of vineyards within the D.O. Cava and the D.O. Alella, planted on slopes and terraces on Saulo-soil, an acidic and sandy soil with low limestone content and low in organic matter.
