Cava Bertha is a relatively young Cava, starting working in 1989 under the trademark of Josep Torres Sibill, and it was 1998 when the Cava Bertha trademark was registered officially, with it came changes of the concept of the product; new image, new presentation, new concept, new philosophy and above all new products In less than a decade it has increased its reputation, establishing itself as one the region’s most valued and as a synonym of high-quality product.
Tasting Notes: Presents a lovely golden yellow shade colour and slow and harmonious bubbles. With a great aromatic complexity and notes of mature fruit and dried fruit fragrances. On the palate displays a lovely creaminess with lactic flavours and a long aftertaste.
