Elaborated by the traditional method from the three traditional cava varieties: Macabeu, Xarel.lo, and Parellada, with the Xarel.lo as the main protagonist.
Finca Mosset owns 100% of the grapes and manually harvests the organic grapes from 8 different plots.Unique and singular plots in the terroirs of the Bitlles River Valley, in the very heart of Penedés, a historical territory renowned for producing quality sparkling wines.
Exclusively in-house vinification: each variety is vinified separately.Aging of 42 months. It is a 100% dry cava with no sugar added.
Tasting Notes:
Elegant and fine fruity nose; light biscuity flavours, refined apple and pear fruits. Dry and lively on the palate, with good complexity and a dry finish.
