Cava Bertha is a relatively young Cava, starting working in 1989 under the trademark of Josep Torres Sibill, and it was 1998 when the Cava Bertha trademark was registered officially, with it came changes of the concept of the product; new image, new presentation, new concept, new philosophy and above all new products In less than a decade it has increased its reputation, establishing itself as one the region’s most valued and as a synonym of high-quality product.
The wines from the winery: are organically farmed and produced, duly certified by the authority CCPAE the Catalan Council of organic production, the public watchdog responsible to the ministry of Agriculture of the Catalan Government.
Tasting Notes: Presents excellent aromatic complexity and a good structure. Shows intense fruit flavours combined with notes of flowers and fresh yeast with a very subtle integrated carbon dioxide.
Note: Best consumed up to the 12 – 18 months after disgorgement date. Ideal to be served with any meal - aperitifs, fish and white meats
