Production: A unique and original experimental Mistela, experimental vinyeta made by La Vinyeta Celler with Pepe Nogué in Mollet de Perelada, the Alt Empordà. Here we find an innovative and interesting fusion of Golden apple juice locally locally produced in Girona with old vine red Grenache from the Empordà with an addition of grape alcohol and apple alcohol.

 

Tasting Notes: Beautifully fusion between clean fresh notes of Green Apple aromas clearly marked, especially on the nose, and a pronounced expression of the Grenache varietal flavors displaying on the palate. Volume, finesse and smoothness all the way to its end.

Note: Excellent as an aperitif.
