Production:  Aged in American oak casks, in the humid and salty environment of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, on the estuary of the Guadalquivir river.

Manzanilla is an especially light variety of Fino sherry made around the port of Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

Tasting Notes  Pale straw color. Spicy, nutty, and with a hint of sea breeze on the nose, light and dry on the palate.

Notes:  It is the perfect dry aperitif. An ideal match to be served chilled with fish and seafood or accompanying "tapas" sushi, and sashimi.
