Serving Temperature:  9º - 12º C.

Production: A traditional liqueur wine  elaborated from the White Grenache variety with an addition of alcohol to the must and skins before fermentation starts. Maceration last for approximately one month.  

 

Tasting Notes:  Developed nutty fruit, matured figs and fruit marmalade scented nose. Sweet palate with delicate mature white fruit, honeyed and a citric touch.

Note:  Ideal  with strong blue cheeses and all type of dried fruits.

Celler El Masroig is one of the most well-known wineries in the Montsant region. It dates back to 1917 and today comprises over 200 members with approximately 500 ha of vineyards on property, which makes it one of the largest cellars under the denomination of Origin Montsant.
